Accounts

• Users may register as regular users or merchants.

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

Orders & Delivery

• The app is free to use.

• No electronic payments are supported.

• Orders may be paid upon delivery (if applicable).

• Delivery depends on location and availability.

Loyalty Points

• Points have no cash value.

• Points are non-transferable.

• Zahi reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty system.

Games

• Points earned from games are subject to internal rules.

• Any abuse or manipulation is prohibited.

Account Suspension

Zahi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Zahi is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the app or delivery delays beyond control.
